Ultimate Removals — Effective from 25, July.

1. Our Services

Ultimate Removals provides house removals, office removals, man and van services, packing services, and storage solutions across the UK. The exact scope of your service will be confirmed in your quote.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes are provided based on the information you give us about your move, including items, access, and distance. Prices are fixed once confirmed, with no hidden fees — however, significant changes to the job on the day (e.g. extra items, poor access not disclosed in advance) may affect the final price.

3. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received, as agreed at the time of quote. Full payment terms will be provided with your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than [X hours/days] notice may be subject to a cancellation fee — details will be confirmed at booking.

5. Insurance & Liability

All moves include goods-in-transit insurance as standard. We take every care with your belongings, but please let us know in advance about any high-value, fragile, or irreplaceable items so we can arrange appropriate protection or additional cover.

6. Access & Property

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure clear access to and from the property on moving day (parking, lift access, permits, etc.). Delays caused by restricted access may incur additional charges.

7. Storage Terms

Items placed into storage remain insured for the duration of the storage period. Storage is billed according to space used and duration, as agreed at booking. Notice periods for retrieval or extension will be confirmed at the time of booking.

8. Prohibited Items

We are unable to transport or store hazardous, illegal, or perishable items. Please ask if you’re unsure whether an item can be moved.

9. Complaints

If something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put it right. We take all feedback seriously and aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
