How far in advance should I book my move?
For house removals, we’d recommend booking two to three weeks ahead where possible. For man and van jobs, we often have space within the week call us and we’ll check what’s available.
Are my belongings insured during the move?
Yes, your items are covered while they’re in our care. Get in touch if you’d like details on the level of cover for higher-value items.
Do you cover areas outside London?
Yes. Our base is London and the surrounding areas, and we also handle long-distance moves across the UK.
Can you help with packing as well as moving?
Yes, we offer a full or partial packing service, or you’re welcome to pack yourself and we’ll handle the loading, transport and unloading.
What's included in the price?
Our minimum call-out covers up to two hours, including the van, crew, fuel and insurance. After that, you pay an hourly rate with no hidden charges.
